* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০৩৬,৫০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৪৫,৫০০ ~ ১০,০৩৬,৫০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A. Tenderers' Eligibilities:
1. NID & Renewed Trade license.
2. Valid VAT registration certificate and Income tax certificate.
3. Authorization letter on the letter-head pad of the tenderer/Manufacturers.
4.The minimum general experience as supplier of Goods and related services shall be 3 years.
5.Tenderers who have past experience for supply and carrying of the Chemicals/Similar type of hazardous Chemicals at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years.
6.Tenderers who have valid license for selling, supplying and carrying of Acid.
7.Tenderers who will have to submit 01(one) Liter sample of each Chemicals with sealed condition for pre-testing to the following address before the dead line of the tender submission:

B. Special terms and conditions:
1.The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the tenders.
2.Tenderers who have to supply both of the Chemicals in the phased manner (Partly Basis) as per the requirements of the plant and instructions of the Chief Chemist.
3.Tenderers who have to supply both of the Chemicals to the plant in the rubber lined Tankers/Lorries.
4.Tenderers who have to supply each part of the both or any of the Chemicals within 07 (Seven) days from the written instructions made by the Chief Chemist.
5.Tenderers who have to supply 15-20 MT of each chemical for each part.
6. Every item of chemicals have to be qualified tested in the lab of BCFTPS, 3rd Unit.
