iv) VAT registration certificates.
v) Up-to-date income tax certificate.
vi) Specific work experience certificate according to ITT clause.
vii) Average annual construction turnover documents according to ITT clause.
viii) The specified amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities certificate according to ITT clause.
ix) The minimum Tender capacity documents according to ITT clause.
x) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 3.50 Lac (Taka Three Lac Fifty Thousand) under 1(One) number of contract(s) over a period of 3(Three) years shall be required (Certificate should be submitted from Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous office). [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
xi) Tender security should be submitted according to the regulation 22(1) of PPR-2008 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay order. Otherwise tender will be rejected.
xii) For submission of any false information by bidder, Tender will be considered as Non-Responsive.
xiii) PWD License Renewal For New Financial Year.
