* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum Specific Experience as supplier in supply of Similar nature of Supplying goods and related services including Sub-Station Equipment, Generator of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 530.00 (Five Hundred & Thirty) Lakh (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal) under any Government/ Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organization (In case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization & the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer).
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 600.00 (Six Hundred) Lakh, must be submitted in the prescribed format as required by respective ITT clause(s).
4. The Tenderer shall submit up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date ABC category Contractor & Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, up-to-date Manufacture's authorization Certificate, valid up-to-date IRC (Import Registration Certificate).
5. Completion Certificate of similar nature of work (as Specific Experience), Manufacturer's authorization, Line of credit and all other certificates must be submitted in prescribed format (STD e-PG3) of BPPA.
6. Other terms and conditions are shown in TDS/PCC must be complied.
7. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders, and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
