* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,২০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,২০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum specific experience as Supplier of furniture or similar Goods at least two contract (s) successfully completed within the last three years, with each contract value of at least Tk. 60.00 lakh experience certificate must submit.
a. The Tenderer must Submit update own manufacturer plant certificate, Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN Number. (2021-2022) with Acknowledgement Receipt of Retune of Income , VAT Registration/13 Digit BIN Certificate.
b. The tenderer must have provided Company Profile including permanent and local address & certificate of ISO 9001-2015 as Furniture manufacturer.
c. Original Catalogue must be submitted by the bidder as per Technical Specification.
d. Manufacture Authorization Letter/ Distributor Authorization letter.
e. Affidavit of ownership of the firm.
f. The tenderer must submit UV Lacquer Paint & commissioning certificate of UV machine.
g. The Tenderer must submit Forest Stewardship Council (IRC) Certificate & Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
h. The tenderer has to provide Wood Seasoning & Chemical Treatment Plant Process flow chart and image with tender.
i. The tenderer has to submit last 3 years audit report.
j. The tenderer has to provide Phosphating Plant and powder coating Chamber Process flow chart and image.
k. Tenderer must have to submit Certificate in Corporation
l. The Tenderer must have Submitted Update Valid Environment Certificate.
m. Update Fire Clarence Certificate & Insurance Certificate.
n. General Experience minimum 15 (Fifteen) Years as proven by manufacturing trade license mentioning manufacturing & supply of furniture.
o. If The Technical Sub Committee/Tender Evaluation Committee wants, they will verify and check the product Quality and other parameter as per specification through physically during the Evaluation time. <
