* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years experience.
2. Tenderer shall have the experience in similar nature of works of a minimum value of tk.7,50,000.00 (Tk. Seven Lac Fifty Thousand) only under one or two contacts over a period of last Five (05) years.
3. The required average annual turnover of works must be greater than tk.7,50,000.00 (Tk. Seven Lac Fifty Thousand) only over last Three years.
4. Tenderer shall have liquid asset of tk.7,00,000.00 (Tk. Seven Lac) only.
5. The tenderer shall have valid trade license, Vat certificate, Income Tax certificate (With acknowledge slip/certificate) and ABC electric license.
6. If any tenderer doing 2(two) numbers of yearly emergency installation , repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv & 0.4 kv
overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
7. If any tenderer doing 2(two) numbers of DSS (Distribution Support Service) work or 1(one) number of DSS and 1(one) number of emergency maintenance work in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
8. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document.
