প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 02 (Two) years.
02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of successfully completed contact within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,000.00 (Tk. Two Lac) Only.
03. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 2,00,000.00 ( Tk. Two Lac) Only over the last 03(three) financial years which will be supported by audit report/ a statement showing the year wise turnover along with work order/ contract and work completion certificate
04. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.2,00,000.00 (Tk. Two Lac ) Only.
05. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk.1,90,000.00 (Tk One Lac Ninety Thousand) Only.
06. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document.
