* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of General Experience in Building/construction works.
ii) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work of at least Tk 60.00 Lac under 01 contract over a period of 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper, In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
iii) Minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 80.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having Minimum Liquid Asset Amounting Tk.50.00 Lac Supporting Documents is to be Submitted with the Tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) All papers shall have to be uptodate according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.
vi) All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers (attached with the tender) is to be attested by any 1st class gazetted officer.
vii) The tender security shall only be in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a sheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
viii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost Estimate ,that tender will be non-responsive.
ix) The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, Valid ABC License along with the Tender.
