ii) The Tenderer's e-GP Registration approval Date on e-GP Portal must have to be 05 years ago from this tender (ID: 810573) submission date;
[ N.B. where the years is counted from the Registration approval Date on e-GP portal of applicant/tenderer's registration detail to tender submission date);
iii) Completion Certificate for One Similar Goods & Releted services (Supply, Installation & Commisioning of Substation and Generaror) during Last 05 years or more years from this tender submission date;
iv) Minimum single no. of contracts Value min. Tk =99,00,000/-(Ninety nine Lakh) over any supply, Installation & Commisioning of Substation or Generaror during last 05 years or more years from this tender submission date;
v) Must be submit Income Tax return submission Receipt on Assessment year-2021-22 which is submitted in Generally November -2022 or earlier or later;
vi) Submit Valid VAT Registration Number and Certificate;
vii) Bank Solvency/ Liquid Asset /Credit Commencement Certificate on minimum amount of Tk. =1,00,00,000/- ( One crore) in Support of Financial Prosperity of completion of this Tender;
viii) Tenderer has to be 1st Class Enlisted Contractor in PWD or LGED or HED or Roads and Highways or Any Autonomous bodies or Corporation or Chottagram/Mongla Port Authority under fiscal year 2021-22 or 2022-23;
ix) Applicant/Tenderer's Firm(s) must have to be ISO Standard Organization;
