Valid Trade License (ITT 23.1.(e));
TIN Certificate (ITT 23.1(f));
VAT Certificate (ITT 23.1(f));
Average Annual Construction Turnover Certificate (ITT 29.1(c));
Minimum single no. of contracts Value min. Tk 28,00,000/- over any construction work/civil work/Land development work during last 05 years;
Tenderer has to be 1st Class Enlisted in any govt /Semi Govt/ Auto Bodies (PWD/LGED/Roads & Highway Dept./any govt /Semi Govt) in fis yr 24-25/25- 26;
Must be submit the Site visit report at Project site Derai, Sunamganj against opinion describing working environment prepared by the Applicant;
Must be submit Income Tax return submission Receipt or Tax return Certificate on Assessment year-2024-25 or later.
Tenderers shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major construction equipment, in full working order
