* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৮০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮০০,০০০ ~ ১৭,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.52.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous
Organization (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with Work Order and NOA) within last 05 (five) Years (years
counting 2018-19 to 2022-23).
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 208.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years (Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) (years counting
2018 -19 to 2022-23).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of theTenderer shall be TK 34.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the
form of PW2a-3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. CreditCommittment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency
certificate/Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
5. Income tax clearance certificate (2021-22) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). &
Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2022-23).
6. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
7. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
