প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) 03 (three) years general experience within Last 05 (five) years of supply of dal in any government organization; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of dal of Tk. 15.00 lakh under at least 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 14.00 lakh (ITT Clause-15.1.a; From PG3-8);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal (Saru)] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
