* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(2). The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 Building/Similar Construction with electromechanical work under single contract must be completed within the last 5 years of a value of at least Tk.325.00 Lac in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
(i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. (3).The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.160.00 Lacs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (4). The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 700.00 Lacs over the last 5 years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting document. (5). The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 325.00 Lacs. (6). The Tenderer must have Up to date ABC Category Contractor & Supervisory License from the Electric Licensing Board of Bangladesh Government. (7).The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate.
