* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum No of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
a) A satisfactory completion of a RCC Building work of at least Tk 750.00 Lac under 01 contract over a period of last 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii) The tenderer shall have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 1250 Lac during last 5 years preceding the date of IFT. Only payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years.
iii) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 300 Lac. a) Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender b) In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form ePW3-8 (enclosed in Section-8). Otherwise the tender will be summarily discarded.
iv) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 850 Lac. The Tenderer must submit the followings: Tender Capacity Calculation sheet substanciated with supporting documents i) Maximum value of Works performed in any 1 year during last 5 years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 12 months.
v) The Tenderer must enclose upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, and valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.
vi) Upto date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
Any other conditions are as per TDS & PCC.
