প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderers must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:
(I) General experience in the supply of similar Goods and related services in the last 03 (three) years in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 01.00 Lakh (ONE LAKH) under 02 (Two) contract in any government organization successfully completed (NOA, Contract Deed, Work Order, Completion certificate must be submitted) within the last 03 (three) years i.e. counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 01.00 Lakh (One LAKH) issued after January/2023 (ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted in 03 (three) transparent containers to the Moulvibazar District Jail as per technical specifications before the tender opening date and time.
