* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০০,০০০ ~ ৩০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulations;
b. The following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per the Standard Tender Document (STD):
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 01 year.
(II) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years,  with a value of at least Tk. 70,000 (SEVENTY THOUSAND). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,10,000 (ONE LAKH TEN THOUSAND).
(IV) Up-to-date valid trade license as a supplier.
(V) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate with e-TIN.
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate.
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract Deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is a supplier) [when applicable].
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company).
