প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum no of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works (Electro-mechanical works) as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature [Split Ducted type/Central Air Conditioning System] successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 165 Lakh [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
i. In case of the Work Done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority must be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the Similar Nature of Work under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization other than PWD, the certifying authority must be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work
3.The required average annual construction turnover ( i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity ) shall be greater than Tk 200 Lakh over the last [3] years.
04. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall beTk.165 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PW2a-3 (enclosed in Section-9) prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PW2a. Otherwise the tender will be summarily Discarded.]
