* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer have to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:
a) Valid Tin Certificate, Updated Income Tax Certificate, Vat Certificate and Trade License as Chemical supplier.
b) Tenderer have to submit confirmatory documents of a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in Government / Semi-government /Autonomous Organization.
c) Tenderer have to submit End User Certificate (from Government / Semi-government /Autonomous Organization) of specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed goods in at least 1 (one) contract with a minimum value 4500000 tk( Forty Five Lakh only) within last five years.
(d) Tenderer have to submit confirmatory documents of Supply and/or Production capacity of Goods (Capacity must be equal or greater than offered amount.)
(e) Tenderer must have Genuine Chemical Production Factory's authorized agent documents/ Manufacturer Authorization.
(f) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is 5000000 tk( Fifty Lakh only)
(g) Tenderer have to submit 1 kg sample in Suitable jar/Bottle as mentioned specification in Tender Document before Tender Closing dateand time.
(h) Tenderer have to submit a written committment that, they are committed to supply goods at point of delivery in their own cost and if their supplied chemicals quality test fail to meet quality requirement of BPDB then they must have to return rejected chemicals in their own cost.
