* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer has to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:
1) Updated Trade License, Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Certificate and Vat Certificate.
2)Tenderer have to submit confirmatory documents of a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in Government / Semi-government /Autonomous Organization. (i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)
3) Tenderer have to submit End User Certificate of specific experience in supply of similar goods: RO chemicals (Sodium metabisulfite, Antiscalants, Membrane Cleaning Agent) of at least 1 (one) contract with a minimum value of Tk. 18 Lakh successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years.
(4) Tenderer have to submit confirmatory documents of Supply and/or Production capacity of Goods (Capacity must be equal or greater than offered amount.)
(5) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is 25 Lakh tk
(6) Tenderer must submit 1 kg sample with COA in Suitable jar/Bottle with before tender opening date and time.
7) Tenderer have to submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supply goods at point of delivery in their own cost and if their supplied chemicals quality test fail to meet quality requirement of BPDB then they must have to return rejected chemicals in their own cost.
