* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৯০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩০০,০০০ ~ ৩,৯০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer shall have general experiance of 5(Five) Years.
2. Tenderer shall have the experience of similar nature of works of a minimum value of TK 8,00,000.00 (eight Lac) only under a single contract over a period of last 5(five)years.
3. The required average annual turnover of last 3(Three) years must be greater than Tk. 10,00,000.00 (ten Lac) only.
4. The tenderer shall have liquid asset of Tk.7,00,000.00 (seven Lac) only.
5. The Tenderer shall have Valid Trade license, Vat Certificate, Income Tax certificate (With acknowledge slip/ certificate) and ABC Electric License.
6. If any tenderer is doing 2(two) yearly emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation works of 11kV, 11/ 0.4kV & 0.4kV overhead lines and distribution transformers in dpdc, they will not be eligible for this tender.
7. If any tenderer doing 2(two) DSS works or 1(one) DSS work and 1(one) Emergency Maintenance Work in DPDC, they will not be eligible for this tender.
8. All other terms and conditions will be followed as given in the Tender Document.
