দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The tenderer shall have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience as a prime contractor
02. Tenderer shall have the experience of similar nature of works of at least Tk.9,00,000/- (Nine Lac) only in a single contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years in Govt./ Semi Govt/ Autonomous/ Govt. owned companies is required; which will be supported by work completion certificate from the PE.
03. The required average annual turnover under public sector must be greater than Tk.8,00,000/- (Eight Lac) only over last three (03) years which will be supported by audit report or a statement showing year wise turnover along with work order and completion certificate.
04. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.7,00,000/- (Seven Lac) only from any scheduled bank after the publication of IFT.
05. Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date trade license, VAT registration number/ Business identification number (BIN),Tax Clearance Certificate (with Acknowledgement slip/certificate for Assessment year 2024-2025 or later).
06. Joint venture shall not be eligible for this tender.
07. Valid ABC Catagory Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisor License from Electricity Licensing Board.
08. If any tenderer is doing 2(two) yearly emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4 kV overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC, they will not be eligible for this tender.
09. If any tenderer is doing 2(two) DSS work or 1(one) DSS work and 1(one) emergency maintenance work in DPDC, they will not be eligible for this tender.
10. Date will be count from the date of publication of IFT.
