প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tendered in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least(1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of
Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk.235.00 lakh. (work order & completion certificate must be submitted)
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.218.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.(Financial year wise separately turnover should be
submitted)
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 53.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
e) The tenderer must have up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate, TIN-Certificate and NID.
f) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
g) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
