প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer who possesses: i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT registration Certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax Certificate iv) NID card.
2. Upto date renewed ABC Category Electircal Contractor License & Electircal Supervisory License from Electircal Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
3.Reputed construction contractors/firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
4.The Proposed Tender Requires a Tender Security 85.00 Lakh (Eighty five Lakh.)
5.Having specific experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number of building works in/c sanitary, water supply, and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of Tk. minimum Tk 2200.00 Lakh in last 5(five) years in any public sector of Bangladesh . [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
6.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2900.00 Lakh  over the last 5 (five) years (Total 2900.00*5=14500.00 Lakh under public sector ).(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
7.The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 500.00 Lakh  of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender.
8.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 23500.00 Lakh.
