The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Four Crore (4,00,00,000) only over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk Two Crore (2,00,00,000) only.
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. Two Crore Fifteen Lakh (2,15,00,000) only.
In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
