The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least single number contract of similar nature (Construction of Building/ Shed by steel structure with RCC works/ RCC Yard) successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Seven Crore (7,00,00,000) only.
The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk Sixteen Crore crore (16,00,00,000) only over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Seven Crore (7,00,00,000) only.
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. Seven Crore (7,00,00,000) only.
In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the requiredexperience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms
