প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have a minimum of 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
(2) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 number of similar civil works not less than Tk. 25.00 lac only in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh during the last 5(five) years.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk. 35 lac only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents (Detail payment certificate) shall be issued by those not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned department and shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate the Average Annual Construction Turnover.
(4)The minimum amount of Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 35 lac only
(5) The minimum liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk.25.00 Lac only to be issued in a Letter of commitment for the Bank’s Undertaking for the line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a-3)
(6) The tenderer must possess an Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, and Valid VAT registration certificate.
