No.-182-Act/2005/310-VAT, 10% VAT has been imposed on PWD, and since the current rate schedule of the Public Works Department includes 7.5% VAT, the current OEC has been prepared by adjusting the remaining (10%-7.5%) = 2.5% VAT adjustment factor.
