* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৪,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.
2) The minimum specific experience as supplier of Oceanographic Research Apparatus and Consumables at least 01(One) contract(s) valuating not less than Tk 14.50 (Fourteen Point Five) Lac. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer of govt./semi-govt./ autonomous organization. Only Completion Certificate will be accepted.
3) The tenderer must submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk.14.50 (Fourteen Point Five) Lac.
5) Manufacturers Authorization Letter/ Dealers Authorization Letter
6) Tenderer must have to submit offer for all items in full quantity mentioning brand name and country of origin.
7) Tenderer must have to submit samples for offered items of any kind while TEC committee requires during the time of tender evaluation.
8) Other's eligibility criteria as per TDS
