* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৮৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.
2) The minimum specific experience as supplier of similar goods (Scientific/oceanographic equipment etc.) at least 02 (two) contract(s) not less than Tk. 18.50 (Eighteen Point Five) lac within the last 02 (two) years. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer of govt./semi-govt./ autonomous organization.
3) The tenderer must submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum 18.50 (Eighteen Point Five) Lac.
5) Manufacturer/Dealer Authorization Letter as per technical specification must be submitted with the tender.
6) Tenderer must have to submit offer for all items in full quantity mentioning brand name and country of origin.
7) Other's eligibility criteria as per TDS
