প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all Certificates/Documents for proving the information.
1. General experience of not less than 05(five) Years.
2(a). Successfully completion of Building works (similar work) amounting of taka at least 2.00 (Two Point zero zero) crore in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5(Five) years.
(b). Successfully completion of Fair Face Concrete works amounting of taka at least 1.00 (One point zero zero) crore in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5(Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk.70.00 (Seventy point zero zero) Lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.25 (Two Point two five) crore over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
5. The tenderer must also have current year (up date) Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
6. In case of joint venture then all party of joint venture firm must have experience of fair face work as mentioned above at Sl. No. 2(b).
7. All others as stated in the tender documents.
