* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction worksshall be 10 (Ten) Years. (The Contractor must be Submited the successfully completedWork Certificate with Work Order).
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.240.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or AutonomousOrganization (The Contractor must be Submited the successfully completed Work Certificate with Work Order and NOA) within last 05 (five) Years .(years counting 2018 -19 to 2022-23).
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 320.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years. Only Payment Certificate will be Accepted. (years counting 2018-19 to 2021-22).
4.Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e working capital or credit facilities of theTenderer shall be TK 54.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.
5. Income tax clearance certificate (2021-22) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2022-2023).
6. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
7. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within
stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
