দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i). Must be submit 1st / Est. year of Trade License / Incorporation Certificate;
ii). Must be submit the minimum 10 (Ten) years General Experience of the Tenderer;
iii) Must be submit the min 10 (Ten) years Similar Experience documents (Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Equipment’s or Machineries) in any Govt /Semi Govt /Autonomous Bodies/Corporation/Renowned Private company/Sector); In case of joint-venture firm(s), any one firm(s) between/among them(joint-venture-firm/s) will be allowed satisfactorily completion of Similar Experience;
iv) Applicant/Tenderer's Firm(s) must have to be ISO Standard Organization;
v). Must be submit Income Tax return submission Receipt of on Assessment year-2021-22 which submit in generally November -2022 or later;
vi). Tenderer shall have Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of min Capacity of 315-350 KVA Sub-Station or higher Capacity in any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies/Corporation/Renowned Private company/Sector;
vii). Minimum no. of one / two contracts [Contract Value in total/ single of min. Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 ( One Crore) in one Tender / two Tender] over Specific Supply, Installation and Commissioning of (315-350 KVA Sub-Station of higher capacity) during last 10 (Ten) years;
viii) The Tenderer has to be 1st Class Enlisted Contractor in the any Government/Semi-Government Organization/Autonomous Bodies/ Corporation/ Renowned Private Company/sector;
ix) Credit limit/Commitment Certificate of Registered Bank on min. amount of Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh) in Support of Financial Prosperity of completion of this Tender;
x) The Tenderer must have to be minimum amount of liquid assets Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh);
