* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,১০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৩,১০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Valid Trade 1. License (2022-23)
2. License (2022-23) Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2021-22 (Income Tax unpaid/under process certificate will not be accepted), & VAT Registration Certificate.
3.Tenderer shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 11.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
4.The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk. 8.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
5.The Qouted Rate must be Similar /relevant to the PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018.If Quoted Rate are Excessive Above/Less than the Estimated Cost, the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to the Analysis of PWD schedule of Rates 2014/2018.Otherwise the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to the PPR 2008Rule 98(23).
6. Satisfying other criterion laid in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents.
7.If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
8. Payment will be as per ability of fund but the whole work must be completed within stipulated time.
