প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in RCC Building construction works including civil,sanitary and electrical works shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a tenderer at least 1(one) number contract of RCC building construction works including civil,sanitary and electrical works successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk.390.00 lakh only in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.850.00 lakh only over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4.The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e.working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 (in original form) of Tk.200.00 Lakh.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.550.00 lakh only. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as ePW3-5B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5(five) years from tender publication date. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS.
6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC and supervisory licenses.
