প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 3 years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number of similar nature works worth not less than Tk.30 lac only in a single work order in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 years.
c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.100 lac only during last 3 years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.In case of work completion certificate must be mention the breakdown of the year wise payment received againts the total payment.
d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 35 lac only. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.
e) The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, ABC category Electrical license & supervisory license.All other conditions must be fullfilled as per STD
f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.35 lac Only.
