* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The tenderer shall be local manufacturer who have industrial license,environmental clearance from directorate of environment (DOE), five years overallproduction and two year specific experience for production & supply of similargoods (i.e. 10 KVAsingle phase wound core distribution transformer) in an government/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
2) Manufacturing company should have ISO 9001:2015 certificate (standards for quality management system) and ISO 14001:2015 Certificate (stands for environmental management system) are to be submitted with the tender.
3) The tenderer shall submit sample of 01 nos 10 KVAsingle phase wound core distribution transformer, 01 nos DOFC and 01 nos Lightning Arrestor before submission of tender. Receipt of sample items and factory test report and BUET/RUET/MIST test report must be submitted with the tender.
4) The tenderer shall have Updated i) Trade license, ii) Certificate of income tax clearance, iii) TIN certificate, iv) VAT registration certificate, v) BIN certificate, vi) Financial solvency certificate Copy of these papers must be enclose with the tender & should be mentioned in the submitted tender. Other terms and conditions specified at ITT, TDS, PCC & annexures in the tender documents. All exprience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed formet of PPR -2008 ( As per Attachment) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations and Years counting backward form date of publicaiton of IFT in the e-GP system.
