* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The tenderer shal be a manufacturer having 03 (three) years of overal production experience & 01 (one) year supply experience of 355mm outer diameter uPVC housing pipe ,200mm Robo Filter & relevant fittings for instaling deep tube wel at BMDA/BADC or other irrigation service providing govt./ semi-govt./ autonomous organization in the last 5 (five) years {years counting from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper}. Experience certificate issuing officer shal not below the rank of an executive engineer.
 2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimumTk.3.30 crore under maximum Two contracts in the last 03 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Same Goods of at least Two contract(s) successfuly completed within the last 03 years, Total value of at least Tk.3.10 crore.
 3) The tenderer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
 4) The tenderer shal have:
 i) Updated trade license.
 i) Updated certificate of income tax clearance.
 i) Update Environment Cirtificate From DOE
 iv) Update Industrial Licence & fire Licence
 v) Update TIN Certificate
 vi) VAT Registration certificate.
 vi) Financial solvency certificate.
 5) Tenderer shal submit sample of each item with drawing & factory test report as per BOQ of the tender document at BMDA, Rajshahi Regional Store before submission of tender. Receipt of sample submission and factory test report or BUET test report must attach with the tender
