Payment may require more than two years. No claim of interest for delaying of payment will be entertained.
 Quantity of tender items may increase or decrease.
 Prework or Postwork will be taken by taskforce and BWDB's concern engineer in charge. Final payment will be made on the measurement taken by taskforce.
The selected contractor will hand over total work site at a time. No scope to handover site partly.
TaskforceGuidelines will be considered as a part of contract.
 The contractor will bear the expense to remove of illegal occupancy/structure if remain besides the embankment
 Cost of interim and post work survey and video beyond schedule (if applicable) will be borne by contractor.
 The design may be changed/altered/revised.
 All the liability of contractor personnel will be borne by contractor.
 Contract will be terminated if contractor's personnel is involved in any kind of unauthorized/illegal financial transaction from the locals during work implementation
