প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer must have minimum 5 years of general experience in Electro-Mechanical Installation/ servicing/ maintenance/repair works. b) Tenderer must posses i) Up to date trade license ii) Valid VAT registration certificate iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate iv) Up to date ABC Electrical license v) Electric Supervisory license. c) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk.15.00 (Fifteen) lac only during last 5 Years. Construction Turnover must be supported by the total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh.Turnover cerificates from NBR shall be submitted by the tenderer. d).The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be of Tk. 6.00 (Six) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed from for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per from PW2b-3 of tender and contact form. e) Minimum specific experience in Electro-Mechanical Installation/ servicing/ maintenance/repair along with lift maintenanc and operation works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully, each with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) lac only in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years. f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lac Only.
