* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as per below-
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works
b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work (including civil, sanitary and electric works) of RCC frame structure Building amounting
to Tk.82.00 Lac only in a single Tender during last 5 years i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying
and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the
certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned
Executive Engineer of PWD c) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR, up to date BC class electrical contractory license with electrical supervisory
license & Valid BIN registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turnover of Tk. 200.00 lac only in the best 3 (three) years of last 5 (five) years .
e) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.50.00 (Forty) Lac only substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders (original copy only).
f) Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) must be implenmented as per documents uploaded in section-8
g) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.95.00 Lac only. The Tenderer must submit the Tender Capacity
Calculation sheet as per form
