কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organisation having a certificate of Distributor /sole agent/representative of the proposed brand of Lift from the manufacturer.
(b) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organisation/Manufacturer/Authorised agent having a minimum of 05(Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
(c) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of Similar nature Lift and related services of at least 01 contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 28.00 (twenty-eight) Lakh. [The years counting backward from the date of invitation of this tender (IFT)] under any Government/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organisation. In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organisation (in case of Private Organisation, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organisation) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(d) The tenderer shall submit an updated income tax clearance certificate, a valid VAT registration certificate, an updated Trade license, an updated ABC/BC category contractor and supervisory license from the Electricity Licensing Board.
(e) Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience), Manufacturer’s authorization, Line of credit and all other certificates must be submitted in (e-PG 3) prescribed format of BPPA.
(f) Tenderer must submit a 3-year audit report
(g) Tenderer must submit their own IRC certificate.
(h) Tenderer must submit the site visit report and work plan.
i) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 35.00 (thirty-five) Lakh must be submitted within the prescribed format as per ITT clause No 14.1(b) and 27.1 (e).
