* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade Licenser, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience.
Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of Building construction with electrification work in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 17.00 Lakh in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years.
The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 13.00 Lakh.
The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 18.00 Lakh. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
The tender capacity is Tk20.00 Lakh. Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments)
NOA will be issued after getting the administrative approval/fund availability.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
