* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ২২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents.
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience in supply of Passengers Lift & Related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods at any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organization of minimum 03 (three) nos. under maximum 03 (three) contracts in the last 03 (three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities shall be Tk. 75 (Seventy-Five) Lac. (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission).
d) The tenderer must also have Update Income Tax certificate (2020-21), Trade License (2021-22) and VAT Registration certificate.
e) Proof of Works done Completion Certificate for similar kind of Supply.
f) Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter must be submitted.
g) Valid ABC License must be provide.
h) Drawing of Lift Core (at outside the Building) with related works must be enclosed with the Tender. Location of the Lift Core may be visited physically for preparing the Drawings.
i) All others as stated in the tender documents.
