* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electromechanical supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years along with 03 (three) years’ experience of supplying, installation & commissioning of proposed branded lift and Generator.
2) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger Lifts and related services of at least 02 contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least Tk. 230.00 Lac under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of PWD and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned EXEN, PWD of that area.
iii) Completion/Acceptance certificate proving specific experience must be in appropriate form as attached with standard tender document.
3) Must have Up to Date ABC and Electrical supervisory Licenses, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade license.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.320.00 lac. Document (scan copy only) submittedalong with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose Tender & contract form (Form PG3-8) Otherwise the tender will be non-Responsive.
5) Manufacturer's authorization/Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section has to be submitted in the designated fields.
6) Required documents stated in ITT, GCC, PCC & TDS
