* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below
(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10 years.
(b)Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at
least 01(one) Number of External Electrification work including minimum 800 KVA Substation, 100 KVA generator, 10 KW Solar system of minimum value Tk.350.00 lac in a single contract in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (ten) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.972.00 lac during last 05(five) years
(d) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.245.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 3-7) in Original form which must be unconditional
(e) Tender capacity oftenderer must be minimum Tk 455.00 lac
(f) The Tenderer must submit an authorization letter from the manufacturing company or the sole agent/Distributor in Bangladesh of the company for the proposed Brand of Sub-station, Generator.
(g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB (h) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Tender Data sheet Particular conditions of contracts & Drawing section ( Section 2 ,4 & 9 in the Document Tab).
