This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
a) Contractor’s/Firms only enlisted to PWD according to PWD Financial Limit.
b) Tenderers should have TIN, VAT registration certificate, Trade license, Up to date
PWD enlistment Book
c) The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) / Credit
facilities Tk. 5.00 lakh. In support of liquid asset, working capital or credit facilities issued
from the Bank on the date not before 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of Tender
submission would be considered for evaluation.
d) The supplier must supply furniture within 3 days after signing the contract agreement. If
they fail to do this the contract will be cancelled without asigning any reason and necessary
action..
