* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 05 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works
b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work of similar civil work amounting to Tk.60.00 Lac (Sixty Lac) only in a single contract in last 05 years.
c) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR, up to date ABC license with supervisory license & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk.80.00 (Eighty lac) only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) shall be issued
by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.1.15 Crore (One Crore Fifteen lac) only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2)
f) Tender capacity Tk.80.00 (Eighty lac) only.
g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
