প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Medical Gas Pipeline System shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor in Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Medical Gas Pipeline System of at least 1 (one) contract, with single work order minimum value of at least Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) Lac in the last 5-years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. The Experience for Works will be in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization. The Notification of Award (NOA), Work Order, Completion Certificates of Works Contracts as qualifications shall be submitted with the Tender.
3. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 500.00 (Five Hundred ) Lac over the period of last 05 (five) years. Average annual Construction Turnover i.e. Bidder must provide ‘Payment Certificates’ in support of ‘Construction Turnover’.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) lac.
5. Tenderer must possesses valid ABC contractor’s license and supervisory license from electricity licensing Board of Govt. of Bangladesh (up-to-date).
6. Tenderer must have up-to-date TIN certificate.
7. Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License.
8. Tenderer must have valid up-to-date VAT registration certificate.
