প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Having experience in successful completion of work at least 1(one) no of similar nature of construction work including Electrification works not less than amounting to Tk.2.00( two) lac only in a single tender in Govt./Semi Govt. /Autonomous Originations of Bangladesh during the last 5 years.
c) The work certificate for successful completion of a work shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department/Organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the District/Area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amount of Tk.15.00 (Fifteen) lac only.
e) The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be Tk.2.00 (two) lac only, supported by Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. Original Bank Certificate must be enclosed along with the Tender in the form of Form PW2a-3. Other wise the tender will be non responsive.
f) No Joint-venture will be allowed for this tender.
g) Up-to-date Trade licence, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration certificate should be enclosed along with the tender
h) Up-to-date ABC category contractory & supervisory licence issued form Electrical Licensing Board should be enclosed along with the tender
i) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of tender documents must be fulfilled.
j) All other terms and conditions as per Tender document.
