প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of BDT 25.00 (twenty five) Lacs in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BTD 25.00 (twenty five) Lacs. Only Payment Certificate(s) will be considered for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities shall be BDT25.00 (twenty five) Lacs . supported by Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days within the date of opening of tender.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 27.00 (twenty seven) Lacs.
6. The Tender must possess: Up-to-date Trade License, Valid VAT Registration, ABC Category Electrical License with ABC Category Supervisory License
7.All other conditions in TDS and PCC
