* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in Electromechanical Works Shall be 5 years.
(B) (i) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Tendere in Successfully Supplying of Similar Works or Related Services Appraised not Less than Tk. 45.00 lac, at least a Single Contract in Government/Semi government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 5 years.
(ii) In Case of Work Done Under PWD The Certifying and Authenticating Authority Should be The Concerned Executive Engineer and In Case of Works Under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD The Certifying Authority shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of Executive Engineer of PWD.
(C) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During Last 5 Financial years of Tk.84.00 lac. Payment Certificates for Contracts in Progress or Completed Under Public Sector Must be Submitted along with Tender in Support of Construction Turnover. Work Completion certificate will not be accepted in support of Turnover Calculation.
(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk.42.00 Lac Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender.
(E) The Tender Must Possess:
(i) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(iii) Up to date Trade License.
(iv) Up to date ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
(v) Other Notable Terms are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed.
